SOURCING
The Library currently carries items sourced from Asia, Europe, and the United States through vintage shops, markets, international suppliers, and private collectors.

BUYING VINTAGE & PRE-OWNED
All items have been previously owned. Vintage items are noted on an item’s name and description. Please bare in mind that imperfections such as slight discoloration, residue, and tarnishing are normal due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned items. All items are inspected and all jewelry pieces have been cleaned prior to them being sold in our online store. All images posted are actual photographs of the product. Condition of each item will be disclosed through the description provided and is considered when pricing items.

CARE AND STORAGE OF VINTAGE JEWELRY
Remove jewelry when exercising, bathing, swimming and cleaning. Metal oxidizes with time and exposure to different elements. While this is normal, contact with other liquids and excess moisture can expedite this process. Wipe jewelry with a soft moist cloth after each wear. Always check if the commercial jewelry cleaner you use is safe for the specific type of metal or gem. 

Store your jewelry in segmented drawers or in a clean, dry jewelry box. We advise you to store your jewelry in The Library jewelry box/pouch (provided for every order) to reduce potential environmental or physical damage.

    Bank details will be provided upon checkout. Please send a photo of your deposit slip to sales@thelibrary-ph.com with the subject "Deposit Slip_Order Number" once payment has been made. All unpaid orders will be cancelled after two business days.
     
    SHIPPING
    All orders ship from Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. Nationwide shipping only. 

    SHIPPING COSTS
    Nationwide shipping via GoGo Xpress:
    Metro Manila –– P90.00
    Provincial –– P150.00
    Please allow for any delays in shipments. COD shipping fees may vary depending on your location. Customer service will notify the buyer 24-48 hours prior to scheduled shipment for any possible changes with shipping fees.

    A shipment email confirmation with tracking details will be sent to the email address you provided once the order ships. The Library is not responsible for any delays, lost, and damaged packages during transit. If your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES
    All sales are final. We currently do not accept returns and exchanges.
